VIK LEGAL has won the debt recovery dispute for our client, large Peruvian tropical fruits supplier, against its Russian buyer. In its defense, the defendant alleged the absence of foreign trade contract in written, but our litigation lawyers were able to prove that parties did actually agreed the essence of each shipment which constitutes a valid and binding obligation. The Arbitrazh (Commercial) court of Moscow satisfied the claim in full.
The court process in the court of first instance took 4,5 months.
