On December 4, 2023, the Arbitrazh court of Sakhalin region approved the settlement agreement between our client, one of the leading fruit suppliers from Argentina, and its Russian buyer from the Far East. The dispute concerned the claim for payment of fresh pears shipped to Russia in February 2022. During a thoroughly prepared court process, which we began in August this year, our litigation lawyers managed to establish an efficient dialogue with the defendant and reach the agreement on a mutually acceptable solution for both parties. The matter could roll for many months, but instead we brought it to here and now results for our client.
