On November 7, 2023, we were pleased to announce good news to two of our clients from the Republic of Colombia at once.
One of them received the payment from its buyer in St. Petersburg under the out of court debt settlement agreement concluded earlier as a result of the conciliation procedure, which was supported by our lawyers. It is the second time in a year VIK LEGAL achieves a result for its clients without having to start a court process.
Also this day, the court decision of Arbitrazh (Commercial) Court of Moscow oblast on the claim of another client to the buyer on debt recovery for the delivered goods was released. The claims were fully satisfied; the proceedings in the court of first instance were completed in less than 5 months.
