Anna Grom

Anna advises on direct and venture financing, business development and its scaling up for the international market. She has experience working in Russia and abroad with public and private foundations, financial institutions, business angels (including syndicates), accelerators, as well as numerous start-ups.

Anna is a co-founder of several hi tech projects, as well as an investor in companies in various jurisdictions. Knowing first-hand about the needs of emerging businesses and its investors, Anna takes into account the specifics of each project to minimize its risks and increase the possibility of profit.

Anna has extensive experience in structuring business and corporate relations, attracting investments, formalising business agreements as well as intellectual property and personal data issues.

Anna received a Bachelor's degree cum laude from the International Law Faculty and a Master's degree summa cum laude from the Institute of European Law of MGIMO-University as well as an LL.M. under the US Department of State program.

Specialization: direct and venture investments, commercial law, complex negotiations.
